The Company

Prime Property Partners is a private real estate investment and development company specialising in the purchase, refurbishment and management of tourist and long stay properties in Valencia.

Set up by three experienced real estate professionals, PPP uses its deep local network to identify high-potential development opportunities that are not accessible to the wider market.

To date the founders have acquired and operate 14 units across Valencia, with a three year target of operating up to 80 properties.

Georges Gurkovsky

After graduating from Oxford University in 1997, George worked as equity analyst at Credit Suisse, London, before establishing a property investment business in Eastern Europe aimed at high net worth individuals and institutional clients. Georges led the fundraising and development of large scale mixed-use projects (Bulgaria Mall), boutique residential projects (Zograf63) as well heading a golf resort projects and a project for the development of a ski resort in Bulgaria.

Georges speaks fluent Spanish and has been living half of the year in Valencia for the last three years and loves to go to food markets and try out local products.

Stefan Pavlov

An entrepreneur since 1994, Stefan has developed projects in real estate, e-commerce, FMCG, energy, financial services and consultancy. Stefan has completed a number of projects- residential, commercial and tourism.

Stefan is also the founder-owner of the consulting firm- Visa Free Europe, specializing in investment immigration and asset management.

Stefan has also invested in the renewable energy sector, where he developed 5 solar energy parks with a total installed capacity of 66MW.

Stefan loves playing golf, paella...and drinking wine.
